Through programming, Olti Abazi addresses the stray dog problem. Olti's words regarding his project: "My project is one of the most important events currently because stray dogs are a widespread problem throughout Kosovo and cause issues in society. Initially, I presented only the city of Vushtrri, but with the latest news on stray dogs throughout Kosovo, in the future, I will work in all cities of Kosovo where every citizen of Kosovo can orient themselves in their city and nearby cities regarding stray dogs."
